2. How long does it take before my order arrives? Orders will be send after we have received your payment. Within the Netherlands a shipment will take about 24 hours, international orders depend on the country in which you live, shipments to Belgium and Germany take about 2-3 days, France, Italy and Portugal 3-5 days. Shipments outside the EU can take about 8-12 days.
3. Can I order products which aren’t on the Visiontoys website? Let us know which items you are looking for, Visiontoys will do its best to get the requested items for you for the best possible price.
4. What are the shipping costs to my country ? The website calculates the shipping costs automatically, once you proceed to the checkout the shipping cost will be listed.
5. The website has no services available for my country. It may occur that the website states that there is no shipping available to your country, if this is the case you can email us the items you want and we will send you an order confirmation manually. This is only possible to countries within the european union (EU) 6. Can you lower the shippingcosts for my item to my country? NO, But if you order multiple items at once the shippingcosts will be lower per item. 7. I am from the United states and i can't proceed my order and Payment Sorry we don't ship to the United States 8. Do i need any glue or paint for a Gundam model Kit? No every part clicks with the other parts. The color of the parts is molded in the basic colors of the Gundam model. For extra finish or details, you can add paint or lines with a Gundam-Marker
